Really good City Stay

central location friendly staff tasty food
The location proves quite central. It is close to the train station, it requires a brief walk to the city centre. The hotel restaurant stands out with its tasty food and varied evening menu. I also found the staff helpful and friendly.
I noticed very slight noise transmission from corridors late at night.
Service
9/10
The reception staff offered to watch our luggage. This occurred when we wanted to go shopping after check out. I found this service particularly useful, as it allowed a worry-free experience before departure.
Dining
10/10
Breakfast was really good. I especially enjoyed the smashed avocado on sourdough. The chef deserves compliments. There existed so much choice, moreover, staff were flexible with options for my daughter.
Facilities
9/10
The room was large. It was also nicely presented and clean. I appreciated the modern feel of the hotel. The decor offered a classy atmosphere, i must add, overall.
Location
10/10
The location is great. I could easily access the city centre and nearby attractions. The proximity to the train station proved convenient. This made travel arrangements easier than expected.

Acceptable stay, issues noticed

slow check-in dirty room
The check-in process was slow. Only one person was available at the desk. There was a queue. The room was not up to standards. I noticed dust, marks on the furniture, and a sticky shower tray. I also found curly wurlys on the bed and floor. It was disappointing.
